A. If not in your Inbox, please look for an email from CanadaFlyers.ca () in your junk/ spam folder. If the email, is in your junk/ spam folders, you can prevent this from happening again by adding to your spam filter's whitelist and requesting a password reset again.
Q. I no longer have access to the email address I first used when I registered with CanadaFlyers.ca.
A. You must create a new account with your current email address.
Q. I have created a new account, but I still have credits with my old account.
